Description

Last week, a hate-motivated shooting by a white supremacist claimed the lives of three innocent people at two Jewish institutions in Overland Park, Kansas. His victims were not Jewish, but were Methodist and Catholic. This tragedy reminds us that hatred and bigotry impacts us all. Join ADL’s Coalition for Mutual Respect and others in the interfaith community as we come together to pay tribute to the victims and remember that it is incumbent on all of us to do what we can to promote respect and understanding and challenge hatred and bigotry.

Organized by

The Anti-Defamation League was founded in 1913 "to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all." Now the nation's premier civil rights/human relations agency, ADL fights anti-Semitism and all forms of bigotry, defends democratic ideals and protects civil rights for all.

A leader in the development of materials, programs and services, ADL builds bridges of communication, understanding and respect among diverse groups, carrying out its mission through a network of 27 Regional and Satellite Offices in the United States and an office in Israel.
