In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I for myself, my heirs, my executor, administrators, and assignees do hereby release and discharge the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Race Committee members, officials, volunteers and all sponsors or their representatives from all liabilities, claims, damages, demands, or actions whatsoever in any manner arising, relating, associated with and/or growing out of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival 5-Mile Race and/or Competitive Walk and/or 2-Mile Race including, but not limited to my participation therein.  I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and that I am physically and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.  I hereby grant full permission to any or all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording, and/or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.  Entry fees are non-refundable.  I acknowledge that the race course will be opened to vehicular traffic on 12th St. approximately one hour after the commencement of the 5-Mile Race.  This means that the Competitive Walker must maintain an 18 minute mile pace to reach this point within one hour and 40 minutes time limit.
