BOYS VOLLEYBALL SEASON IS UNDERWAY!
COMETS 2-2 IN EARLY SEASON ACTION
Boys volleyball has gone 2-2 since the season opener against Hamilton on 3/15. They played a hard 5-set loss against Badin on 3/17, a 4-set loss against Milford on 3/19, and secured wins against Hamilton on 3/15 and Mars Hill on 3/20.

On Saturday, 3/15 they defeated Hamilton at home by scores of 25-3, 25-9, and 25-14.
On Monday, 3/17 they went on the road to Badin and lost a tense 5-game match. Final scores were: 21-25, 25-20, 25-23, 22-25, 15-10.
Against Milford on Wednesday, 3/19 the Comets fell by scores of 25-27, 25-21, 25-11, 25-10.
The Comets hosted Mars Hill Academy on Thursday, 3/20, and picked up a win by scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-10.
Highlights from the early action were:
- Declan Mulvin - 14 aces against Hamilton
- Ryan Peppard - 6 blocks against Milford
- Logan Zemberi - 10 digs against Badin
- Tomas Amaya - 7 kills against Milford
- Blake Lockhart - 5 kills against Mars Hill
- Linas Binkis - 20 assists against Badin
Next up, Mason (2-2) is back in action after the break when they host Edgewood on Tuesday, April 1st.
