Quality Matters - APPQMR

 

Do you still need to complete the APPQMR workshop?

Distance Education facilitates a few sessions of this Quality Matters workshop, virtually, face-to-face, and online, throughout the semester for APSU faculty. Please follow the directions provided in this stepsheet for how to register for one of these dedicated sessions. 

APPQMR Spring 2024 DE Facilitated Sessions: There are only four DE facilitated sessions remaining. Reserve your spot today while there is still availability!

QM offers synchronous Zoom and asynchronous online APPQMR workshops on a regular basis as well, so if these days/times do not work for your schedule, please register for the APPQMR directly with QM by referring to the directions on this second stepsheet.

Online Technology Tools Updates

 
Honorlock Facts. Honorlock secures your quiz by automatically adding its own password to the D2L Quiz settings, eliminating the need for you to add one or change this password. Once students are using the Honorlock Chrome Extension in the Google Chrome Browser, Honorlock should bypass the password screen entirely for them.

QM Certification: Join us in recognizing the work of Dr. Bobette Bouton (EDUC 5501), Dr. Terri Clark (NURS 3300), and Dr. Melynda Connor (BUS 2000). All three courses recently received the distinguished QM Certification.

Meet the team: Crystal Faulkner. Crystal has been with APSU for a decade and with DE for almost 9 years. Fun facts: she loves her two Boston Terrier pups, recently married the love of her life and best friend of 16 years, APSU alumna. Crystal is the Assistant Director for Instructional Technology. Have you ever used online proctoring tools, Turnitin, or Zoom etc.? If so, Crystal and her awesome team made it as easy as possible for you! She loves that her team supports the tools completely so that the faculty and student users can focus on the most important aspects: teaching and learning.
