The Future of Leadership Summit
Good strategies don't create competitive advantage. Executing them does.
– Daryl Conner
Current corporate leaders and their leadership teams who find themselves at any point on their journey toward transformational change in their organizations now have the opportunity to consult a new map.

About the Future of Leadership Summit

Ever wonder how smart leaders make things happen? This executive briefing will explore the human dynamics of how change is made inside organizations. Participants will explore the role that senior leaders play in any major transition and the patterns of success that are demonstrated when leaders are able to bring their strategies to full fruition.

This interactive presentation is the product of more than four decades of research and is intended to make organizations more effective. The presentation therefore is most effective when attended by multiple people within the same company.

    Attendees will discover:
    • The critical change dynamics in play during major transformation. (How commitment unfolds; why resistance is inevitable; when/how to align culture and change, etc.)
    • The most common implementation risks that jeopardize strategic change and how they should be addressed.
    • How to define leadership's role and the responsibilities of other key players.
    • What it means to be prepared to lead strategic change. (What is your baseline? What mindsets and behaviors are required for success?)

The afternoon will be dedicated to exploring the material that was covered in greater depth. The focus will be on clarifying and elaborating on issues raised during the morning session, with a particular emphasis on application: how what was covered can be applied to specific change-related problems/opportunities being faced by the participants.
