SRWC Operations and Stanford Transportation present ‘Walk-tober’, a campaign that prioritizes pedestrian safety on campus. As a reminder, pedestrian signage has been installed in the Barron and Warrington Avenue SRWC crosswalks to walk, not TWALK, because texting while walking is unsafe.
And drivers, remember to:
- Stop for pedestrians crossing at every intersection.
- Stop before turning right on red.
-
Look in all directions before making a turn.
- Do not pass a vehicle that is stopping for pedestrians.
- Obey traffic laws, signals, and speed limits.

Starting November 4, packages that require a signature or contain an electronic device will be placed in a smart locker for convenient pick up. SRWC gets its very own weather station! |
A weather station has been installed on the roof of Cardinal Hall as part of our weather mitigation plan to ensure business continuity. This station will provide real-time data on rain, air quality, heat, and potentially anticipate power outages.
By analyzing this data, we can proactively adjust our operational protocols and resource allocation during inclement weather to minimize disruptions to campus activities.
