It's Jill Bisco--our Alumni Board President!
The leader of the board

Jill Bisco (BSAD, '05) joined the Distance Education Alumni Board in 2013 and was elected President in 2015. Since then, she has led the board into a new era of increased engagement and communication with distance education alumni and students. In just the past year, the board introduced the Distance Education Alumni Board Scholarship, partnered with the Distance Learning Center's Alumni Committee on virtual events—including the Virtual Homecoming Hustle—and social media activities, assisted in fundraising initiatives, and worked to increase Alumni Association membership.

Vendarryl Jenkins (MSCJ, '11) has been with the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms for 25 years and is now the Resident Agent in Charge of the Merrillville, Indiana, Office. "My education definitely helped me to manage my people and talk to them in a way that they'd understand and be able to talk to the community in a way that the community would understand as well."
