New Video Resource: Changing Your Benefits
Did you know that when you experience certain life events, such as marriage or guardianship, you’re able to make changes to your benefit coverage?

Guide To Benefits for Surviving Family Members
An updated booklet is available to help surviving family members navigate benefits when a loved one passes away.
Members of the University HR Service Team are available if you need help to change or understand survivor benefits.

Upcoming Events

Ongoing: Kaiser Mobile Health Vehicle (MHV)
The Kaiser MHV brings wellness to the main campus. You can visit the mobile health clinic every Tuesday from 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. in the Maples Pavilion parking lot or on the first Thursday of each month at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (retirees must show a valid Stanford ID card at the SLAC gate to enter). Kaiser members can set up appointments for themselves or covered dependents. Visit the Kaiser MHV website to
schedule an appointment.
March 1: Health Improvement Program (HIP) Webinar: Nutrition Hacks
Tune in to this live one-hour nutrition webinar with Dr. Marily Oppezzo, Ph.D. to get science-based tips on eating healthier, coupled with actionable moves you can try without overhauling your budget—or your lifestyle. Course fee is $35; get details and register on the HIP website.
