Step through our doors and escape the cold of winterOrchid Extravaganza is on view through March 30. Nearly 5,000 colorful orchids hang from baskets, create inspiring arrangements, and adorn unique forms throughout our display.

Join us for OrKID Days,  Feb. 17 & March 22, 
11 am–2 pm 
 

OrKID Days provide a unique opportunity for our younger guests to explore, understand, and experience stories about orchids first-hand.

Children can learn at discovery stations, go on a Winter Wonders Scavenger Hunt, and experience inspiring stories at storytelling stations throughout our Conservatory.

OrKID Days are free with Gardens Admission.

Read A Sand County Almanac With Us

Our inaugural Community Read, features Aldo Leopold’s conservation classic 

Community Reads encourage us all to join together in reading the same book to spur discussion around an important idea. Together with local libraries and community partners we will explore A Sand County Almanac’s ideas about environmental conservation, land stewardship, and community engagement. We hope that our Community Read encourages you to read along with us and engage in events here and in our region.
