Join us on Thursday, May 28 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time, for a special Facebook LIVE event! We'll hear from neuroendocrine tumor (NET) patient advocate Josh Mailman for an in-depth discussion about NET support groups - everything from the value of connecting with others in the community to holding meetings during the pandemic. We hope to see you there!


Josh Mailman is President of the Northern California CarciNET Community  He is also a member of the Patient Advocate Advisory Board for the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI), for which he served as the inaugural chair.  Within the NET community, Josh has given many presentations around the country on how to talk to your doctor through the "Speaking Up" program. In 2015 he was chosen as the Monica Warner Award recipient by Novartis Oncology in recogniton of the "passion, dedication, leadership, and spirit" with which he assists patients, caregivers, and families affected by NETs. Josh was diagnosed with a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor in 2006.
