Tell Us When You Move
We want to make sure that you receive mailings from Stanford Benefits, as well as those from our plan providers. If you have a change in address, we recommend that you notify us as soon as you know your new location!
The U.S. Post Office will only forward mail for a limited period of time. Given the often confidential nature of our mailings, it is important that you are the one who receives this information.
Additionally, we send Benefits Open Enrollment information each year that is important to making decisions about your medical and related benefits in the following year.
Let us know if you want to update your mailing address by contacting the University HR Service Team by phone: (650) 736-2985 or Toll Free: (877) 905-2985; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT (except during holidays).
BeWell Program Includes Retirees
The Health Improvement Program (HIP) offers discounted fitness classes for retirees at just $30 each, if you’re near campus and would like to join in group fitness classes. Class registration opens on March 21 on a first-come, first-served basis.
The School of Medicine manages HIP and has recently begun sharing healthy recipes. Check out this easy-to-make vegan spinach soup recipe!
Stanford Sweetener:
Stanford Health Library
Do you, a family member, or a friend have a health issue that you’d like to better understand? Check out the free Stanford Health Library, which provides scientifically based medical information to help people make informed decisions about their health and health care.
You can borrow books at any of their locations or visit their website to view videos, eBooks and health and wellness databases. You can also email their medical librarians for a specific medical or health-related question. The library also hosts community lectures during the year and posts videos of past talks online. 60th Annual and Final Cantor Treasure Market: The Last Hurrah!
The Cantor Arts Center is holding their 60th annual Treasure Market, an arts and antiques resale event, to be held over three days: Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 2. All proceeds support the Cantor Arts Center’s fund to acquire new works of art for the museum. This final event is being held at the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation, near the corner of Galvez and Campus Drive.
Admission tickets to the Treasure Market are just $5 each. An opening night party gives you an early buying advantage for treasures donated by alumni, designers, art dealers and collectors, and others. Tickets to the party are $75 for Cantor members and $100 for the general public.
Get details and view some of the treasures for sale on the Cantor Arts Center website.

The Stanford Retiree Insider publishes monthly to keep you informed throughout the year.
