Board of Trustees Invests in Future Growth |
Grand Valley’s Board of Trustees approved a $402 million budget at their annual meeting in July. The budget includes a $4.2 million increase to financial aid and a $5.9 million purchase of the remaining portion of the Bicycle Factory.

GVSU Police Academy Marks 50 years of Training Officers |
The GVSU Police Academy celebrated its 53rd graduating class of the Basic Police Academy Program on August 8, while also commemorating its 50th anniversary. Since 1974, the academy has been recognized as one of the premiere education centers for future law enforcement officers.

GVSU Named to Money's 'Best Colleges in America' List |
GVSU joins a list of 745 ranked public and private schools nationwide that were named after an analysis of institutions providing applicants the best value for their money. The analysis focused on above-average graduation rates while scoring in three key areas: quality, affordability and future earning potential.

The Grand Valley Shakespeare Festival revisits the classic tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. From October 4 to October 13, GVSU students will be performing at the Louis Armstrong Theatre.
