Spring into action this quarter. As a retiree, you receive discounts on Health Improvement Program (HIP) group fitness classes and Stanford Continuing Studies courses.
Group fitness classes
HIP offers discounted fitness classes on campus for retirees at just $30 each. Class registration opened this week and is first-come, first-served. View the schedule.
Healthy living webinars on demand
HIP also archives a variety of its healthy living webinars on its website. View these one-hour webinars for free from your computer any time, anywhere. Topics include health enrichment, disease prevention, nutrition/weight management and more.

Continuing Studies courses
Join a community of lifelong learners by taking an in-person or online course for personal or professional enrichment. Students 65 years and older can receive a 20 percent tuition discount. You can also attend one of many free public programs and special events throughout the year.
