FaithAction News - April 2014

Over the last 18 years, FaithAction has had the priviliege of serving and accompanying over 30,000 new immigrants, while educating and connecting tens of thousands more throughout our diverse community - turning strangers into neighborts and creating a better community for all Greensboro residents!

The resolution declared that Greensboro City Council and other city institutions unitilize and recommend the FaithAction-developed, Stranger to Neighbor City model - building bridges of intentional understanding, trust, and cooperation between our newest immigrant neighbors and our diverse city institutions through four interdependent steps: education, exchange, action, and telling the story noting the success of several innovative partnerships and programs already created by this model that have led to a safer, healthier, more welcoming Greensboro.

                                                       Peace,

                                                       Rev. David Fraccaro
