PLDW’s Municipal Infrastructure Team successfully represented Nassau County, NY in negotiations for the redevelopment of the aging Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The result is a multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue for Nassau County, NY at no expense to taxpayers. [read more] PLDW’s Municipal Infrastructure Team is nationally known for its knowledge and experience in public-private partnerships, public financing for infrastructure projects, and procurement of public contracts. [read more] Beginning on July, 1, 2014, a ban on the disposal of all commercial organic materials through the normal solid waste channels will go into effect in Massachusetts. The goal of the ban is to reduce the amount of organic material that is deposited in landfills. [read more] PLDW Partner Steven A.
