Where to Direct Questions and Submit Documents
  • Direct questions related to exception conditions or the status of loans to the U.S. Bank MRBP Communications Team at 800.562.5165, Option 2 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST.

  • Send documents and attachments required to clear exception conditions to U.S. Bank MRBP’s Exceptions Team. Include a copy of the U.S. Bank loan number or attach the Exceptions Report. Sending documents to the Communications email box will delay receipt of the materials. 
Do not send in multiple submissions of documents required to clear exceptions as this delays the review process.
U.S. Bank MRBP Exceptions Review Timeframe
Allow two complete business days from document submission for the Exceptions Team to clear standard conditions.
Loans conditioned with any of the following items may require additional review time:
  • RESPA
  • MDIA
  • Manufactured housing
  • Flood insurance
  • Conventional coding  
U.S. Bank MRBP Funding Timeframe
Loans are typically purchased within two business days once exceptions are cleared. When volume is high, there may be a delay. Contact U.S. Bank MRBP’s Communications Team if you experience a delay in excess of two business days.
