Spring Blooms Opens Saturday

Meet The Trees Saturday, April 5,
11 am
3 pm  

Spring Blooms is on view April 5–May 23. We're kicking off the season with our Meet The Trees event. Right now you can see flowering trees and early blooming bulbs in our grass. In the coming weeks we expect more than 240,000 tulips to bloom. Follow us on Instagram @longwoodgardens to receive tulip updates.

Encourage your guests to buy timed admission tickets for Spring Blooms early as tickets are limited. 

This month's Wallpaper features a view of flowering Yoshino cherry trees by our Small Lake.

We are pleased to offer Members access to the Emmy Award winning documentary film, Green Fire. This film tells the story of environmentalist and A Sand County Almanac author Aldo Leopold’s extraordinary career, tracing how he shaped the modern environmental movement.

Wine & Jazz Festival,
June 7, 2–9 pm

Our Wine & Jazz Festival is expanding to a garden-wide experience with live jazz performances on multiple stages throughout our Gardens. This year's headliner features Tony Award winner and three-time Grammy Award winner Dee Dee Bridgewater. Savor fine wine from 16 of the region's finest wineries and enjoy the sights and sounds of live Jazz throughout the day. 

Our Gardens close to to everyone except Wine & Jazz Festival ticketholders at 2 pm on Saturday, June 7.

Members Exclusive Meadow Evening

Save the date: June 19, 5–8 pm 

Members get an opportunity to explore our Meadow Garden during one evening dedicated exclusively to our Members. Spanning 86 acres, our newest garden opens June 13 and features three miles of walking and hiking trails, sweeps of colorful native wildflower plantings, four learning pavilions, the historic Webb Farmhouse & Galleries, and more 

Registration is not required. Members may use complimentary guest tickets for this event.
