The College of Public Service and Urban Affairs is deeply saddened by the loss of our colleague. Dr. Halachmi was one of the most renowned scholars of Public Administration in the world. He began his career at TSU in 1978. His passing is a tremendous loss for the faculty, students and staff. We extend our deepest condolences to his family.
