Next Gen ATMs Business Case Toolkit

ATMIA, published the 2nd edition on July 20, 2021  of its Next Gen Business Case Matrix, increasing the number of opportunities presented by the Next Gen ATM ecosystem for either cost-savings or new revenue streams from 44 to 47. The Matrix presents the business case for each stakeholder segment of the ATM industry, providing budget worksheets for calculating the potential Return on Investment that can be achieved by embracing in this new API APP model for ATMs, with its standard interfaces.

Supporting the Business Case Matrix are interactive financial worksheets that will enable you to calculate the potential long-term Return on Investment (ROI), to strengthen budget requests for implementation of NextGen.  

There are three worksheets – one for banks, one for IADs and one for providers. They have been pre-populated with industry data and formulae. Simply select the right template and input your data. The system will produce numbers for you on the expected return on investment you can expect as a bank, IAD or provider.

The Business Case Matrix and the worksheets are now available for download.  The Matrix is a PDF document and the worksheets are in MS Excel format for both PC and Mac operating systems.
