Mayukh Sen

Mayukh Sen is the author of Taste Makers: Seven Immigrant Women Who Revolutionized Food in America, a group biography out from W.W. Norton & Company in November 2021. He has won both James Beard and IACP Awards for his writing, and his work has been anthologized in The Best American Food Writing. Mayukh received his B.A. from Stanford University, and he now lives in Brooklyn.
