SFY 2018-19 Low Income Pool Update

The Governor signed an executive order on September 29, 2017 for SFY 2017-18 authorizing the Agency for Health Care Administration to receive letters of agreements (LOA) from local governments by November 15, 2017 and the funds outlined in the LOAs must be received by December 15, 2017, unless an alternative plan is approved by the Agency. Below is the Agency’s final LIP model for SFY 2017-18 that shows proposed IGT contributions by provider. IGT providers have until November 15, 2017 to adjust and send executed LOAs to the Agency. The budget amendment to release associated budget authority will be submitted for legislative consultation shortly after November 15, 2017. The executive order and LIP letter of agreement are also included below.
