Mayor London N. Breed and the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH)
announced a local emergency declaration to strengthen the City’s preparedness and response to the rapidly rising cases of Monkeypox in San Francisco.

As part of the response to the spread of Monkeypox (MPX) in our community, the SFDPH MPX Community Engagement team is looking for feedback from community members on how to move forward with our effort to prevent the spread of MPX (I.e. services, hours, locations, etc). This survey will ask your opinion regarding the best way to access services for you. We may not be able to meet everyone’s needs; however, we want to make sure our priorities are aligned with yours. Even though Latino and Black/AA MSM and Trans people are disproportionally affected by MPX our efforts are inclusive of all the diversity among the people in the City.
