Event coordinator
  • Co-running Wonderful Wednesday booth
  • Connecting with College Council for events that could be relevant to EBC
Secretary
  • Taking notes at exec meetings
  • Recording emails of people at meetings who want to be on the listserv
Co-treasurer
  • Work with current treasurer (Albert) on reimbursements and monetary planning
  • Responsible for acquiring snacks for weekly meditations using EBC funds
Freshman, Sophomore Representatives
  • Get the word out about EBC
  • Make flyers
  • Help set up and clean up at meetings

Other than Thursday meditations, our weekly events include Mindfulness Mondays, from 12:30-1:30. Would you be able to attend this meeting? (attendance for this meeting as an executive board member is NOT mandatory) *
