Comments of any type are welcome, a physical comment box is also located at our HQ on the Volunteer information wall before entering the common room.

Note about anonymous comments: Your comments are kept completely confidential.

All comments, anonymous or not, are taken seriously and are discussed with the appropriate parties. Should these parties determine action is to be taken, the action may not necessarily be announced unless it affects the greater BROS community. You are NOT required to sign your name to a comment, but understand that without doing so, there is no way for our Staff to follow up with you to let you know your comment was read, considered, and action was taken.

Including your name for follow up is still kept respectfully confidential. Your name will only be associated with the comment by the person who receives the comment, who will not disclose your information to the parties your comment is discussed with. If a name is left, the Volunteer Director or other staff members will reach out after the comment is discussed to provide closure on the issue.
