Need support now?

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org

We aim to equip our nation's first responders with tools, resources and education that promote their mental wellbeing, alongside the wellbeing of their families and communities.

We exist as an available platform for first responders to access free training, education and information regarding their mental health and personal afflictions, as well as how to apply these skills in their own homes and communities.

FRAY serves to save the lives of our self-sacrificing first responders. Communities are only as strong as their people and we want to be a beacon of light for others, having a positive impact on all communities nationwide.

Supporting mental health for our first responders.

Resources and Communities

Free training, education, and information regarding mental health for our heroes.

SAMHSA

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America's communities

Events

A big part of FRAY is to create a community and celebrate our accomplishments. We’ve teamed up with doctors, speakers, musicians, and non profit organizations to create events where we educate and celebrate our heroes.

“With the support from FRAY, I have been able to overcome and be here for my family”

— Alonzo F.
