Thank you for your interest in working one our summer programs. Our events would not be a success without the dedication and hard work of our student staff. Below you will find additional information about our event options for July 2024.

Note: This is an interest form rather than a commitment form! You must complete the hiring and onboarding process to begin working for this position. ***If you are currently on a work assignment, this should be a very smooth and painless process. 

Alleluia Conference 
July 23-26, 2024
The Alleluia Conference is an adult ministry conference designed to equip and train music ministry professionals from around the country. Students are needed to introduce speakers during breakout sessions and troubleshoot any technical challenges that arise. Additionally, you will lead in worship gatherings and be responsible for recording breakout sessions. We are seeking 20 students to work this event. You will receive   payment $14/hr x 40 hours, plus meals during your week. 

Workers will need to arrive in Waco on Monday, July 22nd for a 6pm meeting in Truett Seminary.

Worship Lab (Band-led Worship) - NO REMAINING SPACES
July 22-26, 2024
Worship Lab is designed to equip high-school students with musicianship and leadership skills to prepare them for success in the local church. Students working this event will be responsible for leading band rehearsals with visiting ministry teams and students, participating in small group discussions, leading worship/devotional times, supervising students in dorms/dining halls, and playing/singing as needed to fill in ensembles. We are seeking 7 male and 7 female counselors for this event. 

Workers will need to arrive in Waco on Sunday afternoon, July 21st, for a meeting. **On-campus housing can be provided for students on Sunday evening (and Saturday if arriving earlier).
