How many families in Boston Neighborhoods will you be distributing diapers to? *
We received a limited supply of sizes 3,4,5 and 6 diapers for our distribution.  Please list the name of each Boston recipient + size(s) needed, and their phone number. Depending on need, we will try to provide 2 boxes of diapers per child. (Size 3 boxes-198 per box, Size 4 boxes-180 per box, Size 5 boxes-150 per box, Size 6 boxes- 120 per box). If the family needs a size that is not currently listed, please put below and we will follow up as we are able. *
