As some of you may know, my previous company underwent restructuring in January, resulting in layoffs that unfortunately impacted my role. I'm incredibly grateful for the past 4 years spent helping build the People Operations function from the ground up at this fast-paced tech startup.
Looking ahead, I'm excited to leverage my 6 years of HR experience, including expertise in Employee Engagement, Policy Development, and Strategic HR Initiatives (partnered with C-Suite Leadership). I've thrived in both managerial and generalist roles, covering all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
I am now actively seeking my next challenge in a role like HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HRBP. I'm eager to leverage my skills and enthusiasm to contribute to a company with a strong culture.
