COVID-19 General Support, Legal Issues
Many businesses are allowing employees to work remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This approach is sensible, but it can open the door to increased legal problems. Attorney Beth Slagle, Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLPwill discuss basic legal protections for employers, which include:
