Parkside Alumni Survey for Parents of Recent Students
The purpose of this short survey is to understand from the parents of recent alumni students, particularly those students who attended during their Elementary years, how prepared your child was for their next school experience after Parkside. What were the successes they had and/or the challenges they faced in the transition that Parkside did or did not prepare them for? Please provide your candid feedback below - we appreciate your participation!

If you have more than one child who attended Parkside, please submit separate surveys for each child.
