Celebrate Cultures in Nature: Día de los Amigos

Discover unique historical tales about the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks as we celebrate different cultures together! Each month, a different culture and celebration will be highlighted, usually with the program presented in multiple languages which allows everyone to fully enjoy the beauty of the land.

This month we will focus on the international day of friends with Día del Amigos! This fun day began in the late 1950’s in South American countries such as Paraguay, Peru and Brazil. Today this event still occurs each year to celebrate our friendships with one another. See how you can be a friend to the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks as you explore the trails with your friends!

Reviewing the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-2 activity on the land.
