The best way to enjoy everything the gardens at UBC have to offer is through an annual garden membership, which includes admission to both UBC Botanical Garden and Nitobe Memorial Garden. Membership is an investment in your community and a valuable way to help us continue to provide informative and engaging experiences for our many visitors. We are pleased to offer our members a range of benefits.

Two options available:
- ($60) Garden Membership includes all of the membership benefits below
- ($80) Garden Membership with Greenheart TreeWalk access includes all of the membership benefits below plus access to the Greenheart TreeWalk during the operational season (typically April to October).
UBC Botanical Garden Membership includes:
- Unlimited free admission for a full year for up to two named adult cardholders to UBC Botanical Garden & Nitobe Memorial Garden**
- Free admission for your children (or grandchildren) 18 and under, when accompanied by a cardholder
- Free admission to a selection of Special Events at the Garden*
- Invitations to Garden Members-only events, including seasonal tours & Shop in the Garden Members Sale
- 10% or greater discount on educational & outreach programs**
- 10% or greater discount at the Shop in the Garden
- 10% discount on general admission for friends (maximum 6 people per primary card holding member per visit)
- Subscriptions to the Garden monthly e-newsletter
- Discounts on admissions to a selection of reciprocal Vancouver attractions
UBC Alumni Discount: UBC Alumni with “Acard” receive a 50% off discount on yearly garden membership. Note: this offer is valid only on “Garden Membership.” If you choose “Garden Membership with Greenheart TreeWalk access” the 50% off discount is only applied to the cost of the base “Garden Membership”. To redeem this special offer you will need to bring your UBC Acard on your first garden visit. A Garden membership will arrive in the mail for future visits.
