This site is for asymptomatic COVID-19 testing only. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms or if you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 please call the COVID-19 Testing Support Line at 619-543-8260 or complete the daily screening and exposure survey. Results of a yellow or red thumb will trigger the COVID-19 Testing Support Line to contact you.

To self schedule your testing:

1. Log into MyStudentChart account
2. Click on Visits or Appointments
3. Click on Schedule an Appointment
4. Select where you want to do your testing and follow the prompts
