Registration Rates and Types

Member Pricing (Early Bird $275, Regular, $325, On-Site $350)

Nonmember Pricing (Early Bird $325, Regular $385, On-Site $405)

Additional Pricing: Saturday-Only $130, Retired/Student $95, Guest $50

Full Conference Registration—MEMBER RATE

Discounted rate available for current, active STAT Members.
Includes all conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, social events, and CAST Exhibit Hall.

Full Conference Registration—NONMEMBER RATE

Includes all conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, social events, and CAST Exhibit Hall.
Includes a complimentary STAT membership through the 2025–2026 school year (expires June 30, 2026).

Full Conference Registration—RETIRED or STUDENT

Special rate for retired and preservice educators only.
Includes all conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, social events, and CAST Exhibit Hall.
Does not include a complimentary STAT membership.

Saturday-Only Registration—MEMBER or NONMEMBER

Special one-day rate includes access to Saturday’s conference workshops, 2-hour extended sessions, and the CAST Exhibit Hall.
Does not include a complimentary STAT membership.

Guest Registration

Includes access to Exhibit Hall and social events only.
Guests may not attend conference sessions.

Registration Terms and Agreements

As part of the registration process, all attendees must review and agree to the STAT Acknowledgement and Release of Liability for Communicable Diseases, the STAT Consent to Record, and the STAT Conference Code of Conduct.
