Welcome to the official housing webpage for CAST25. STAT knows that your experience starts upon your arrival and has selected hotels with great atmospheres and service that are in close proximity to the conference.
Use the links below to reserve your room at one of the CAST hotels. When you book your reservation, you should receive a confirmation email. STAT also recommends that you save a screenshot of the confirmation screen for your records. If you are experiencing any difficulty making your reservation, contact stat@statweb.org. Upon making your reservation you will guarantee your room with a major credit card. Check with your hotel to confirm deposit and school check processes.
If you are paying by check, it's an easy two-step process:
STAT recommends keeping a copy of your check. A credit card will be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Please contact your hotel to find out its incidental charge policy. Some hotels place a hold on your card and release unused funds after your departure.
Please contact your hotel for its most up-to-date cancellation policy. As of Tuesday, July 8, you may cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival. Within 72 hours of your arrival, a one-night charge for room and tax will be charged to your credit card for any cancellation.
In past years, STAT has been alerted to telemarketing housing scams targeting CAST exhibitors and/or attendees. Please be aware that STAT does not engage in telemarketing for hotel or travel services. Under no circumstances will a STAT representative contact you directly in any manner regarding housing. If you enter into an agreement for a hotel reservation outside of the official CAST room block, you do so at your own risk.
Large conferences such as CAST are often targeted by unscrupulous third parties purporting to represent the presenting entity (in this case, STAT). In some cases, the third party might even illegally use our logo to imply affiliation. These “room poachers” claim to offer cut-rate housing or suggest the actual room block is sold out in order to secure your credit card information. The third party then runs booking fees and other charges for reservations that do not exist.
