For finding a good job matching my interests, move to another city, change of the environment to a less toxic one, for meeting new people - and an exceptional Person with whom I will spend the rest of my life - and also for this Person to be given all the needed graces now. Also for family and friends.
Please pray for the charity PK to solve the problem and find a safe shelter for 7 cats whose owner has moved. The cats can die, the new homeowner does not want to keep them. There is a short time left. Pray for many home offers for these pets. Thank you.
Please ask Jesus to grant me the grace to forgive and for contrition of my sins, and for the grace to be reunited with Him in Holy Communion and to come back to the Lord.
Praised Jesus and Mary. I am the father of my son Kristijan, who graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and needs a job. On Tuesday, July 27, 2021 should be invited to HEP before the commission for a job interview, accepting one candidate. From the bottom of my heart I ask you to put him in your prayers to get that job, may the Lord be glorified. May the Lord pour out the abundance of His blessing on all of you as well as on those you carry in your heart. Thank you.

Heal my friend, Maria C., of kidney cancer.
I want to try and get healthy. I am 29 years old. I've neglected myself for a long time mostly because of depression and anxiety. Also due to me being lazy. I fear that it might be too late for me to try and get healthy.
Please pray for my dad, Tom Beal who is extremely ill. Please pray for every cancer cell in his body to be cast out, healing him of his cancer and for him to be woken from his coma. My dad has been in a coma for almost 3 months after suffering 2 strokes, after surgery to remove a grade 4 cancerous brain tumour. For someone with this cancer the average lifespan is 2 years with aggressive cancer treatment. My dad isn't a candidate for any cancer treatment and the tumour has begun to grow back. The doctors have little to no hope. I’m begging for your prayers now for a miracle to save my dad, the most precious thing in my life. He is so extraordinarily loved by literally hundreds, and he loves them all so purely in return. He is only 57, me only 19. He and my mom are soulmates, and their souls are so bonded that they can't survive without each other. He in his beautifully humble and selfless way, loves us more than he could ever begin to love himself, and is not afraid to tell anyone how much we mean to him. He is truly the best person I know. The kindest, bravest, most compassionate, wisest, humblest, most intelligent, funniest, most optimistic and the most loving person I know. He is not only my dad but my best friend, mentor, and guide. I could give up everything in my life and still feel rich so long as I have my parents, specifically my dad. He has the most incredible ability to spread light to those around him, it just draws people in. He can start up a conversation with anyone, no matter who they are and they just feel comfortable with him, and within a few minutes, they become a friend. How something so horrific so terrible and so cruel could have happened to such an amazing man is beyond me. He cannot speak, cannot move and may not even be able to comprehend the things he sees or what is said around him. I do not think he can pray in any way. In his impossible case, I beg you all to hold up my petition to heights I can’t, as I know all things are possible with God and all prayers answerable. I would be extremely grateful if you would say a prayer for a miracle for my dad, so he can live, grow in his faith and share in our love for many more years. Thank you.

I pray Gods joy we find in Jesus Christ fills my heart, I pray asking our Lord Yahweh to fill every area of my life with the bridge that is Jesus Christs love, I pray every part of my spirit and heart know his love for my life. Amen.

Praying for the communities currently impacted by the fires in California. Praying for safety, praying for the firefighters and first-responders, praying for healing and recovery for those who have lost loved ones.
Praying for my cousin's (SL) complete success in battling her third round of a rare cancer, for her and her family, two young boys.
Please send me your hopes and prayers on the annual day of the death of someone I loved, and who returned that love with humility and humor. For a long time I thought the abyss he left in my heart was a deficit of love but now I realize it’s space to provide so much compassion for myself and others. It still hurts but each year becomes easier.
Help us find our way through this pandemic. Grant us health and happiness. Guide us towards what is best for us. Keep our families safe. Spread love and peace all over the world. Amen.

In thanksgiving for the life of Sr. Mary Peter Traviss, OP, longtime faculty member in the School of Education and founder of the Catholic Education Leadership (CEL) program. May she rest in peace.
For M. Ahumada who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. May the Lord give M. and her family comfort and strength during this difficult time.
For my father who was diagnosed with brain cancer, Glioblastoma, in the middle of a pandemic – Saturday, May 2nd, during the month of brain cancer awareness. He will undergo surgery Thursday, May 7th. Hopefully, all goes well and I'm looking forward to him getting through this. We are building strength through social distance and keep his spirits up through facetime! Anything is appreciated! The timing of it all seems so surreal.
The children and my husband, who are all suffering and sad for many different reasons. My parents and in-laws who are far away and risk. Send peace and comfort to all of my family, I pray.
For my friend Kimmi's husband, Derrick, who was just diagnosed with COVID-19.
For my mom, who will be undergoing surgery for her breast cancer. May she have a speedy recovery and come out of surgery healthy and well.
In sympathy over the death of three family members of Professor Richard Greggory Johnson, III (SOM) -- his father, Richard Gregory, Jr., and his maternal aunts Emma Allen & Annettee McFadden, all three of whom passed away from complications of Covid-19 in NY and NJ this month.
For the soul of S. V. Venkatesan, father of Aparna Venkatesan, who passed away in India on March 24 in Chennai, India, and for Aparna and her family.

In the midst of this, there have been increasingly stories of heroism. Our health care workers and first responders. Little acts of kindness neighborhood by neighborhood. It is as if, slowly, there is the recognition that, to cite Shavuot 39a, we are all responsible one for the other; that when something happens a half a world away, it does impact us here; that we are really all one inter-connected life form.
Elijah’s cup and that open door represent hope. Each of us will open a door, either physically or symbolically. Maybe it will, as result of this pandemic, be a symbol for a new open door of the soul. Maybe we can take from this collective experience a new reality that we are all this together and that if we allow division and hate to influence us, we contribute to the pre-pandemic “me” centered world of ignorance and the “golden calf” of personal entitlement. The Wilderness experience is the key symbol of our tradition. We are now, in many ways, working our way through this current wilderness. Passover, with its story, symbols and traditions, ultimately ends in hope.
I'm wishing everyone a meaningful Passover experience.
SHELTERING IN PLACE
May it be Your will God of our fathers and mothers,
That our sheltering in place be for health and healing,
Longevity and life, sustenance, renewal and love.
Let our best selves shine forth in these moments of uncertainty,
These moments of unfamiliar distances,
These moments that may yield stress or conflict,
Confusion or despair.
Let peace arise inside us.
Let kindness flow between us.
Let deliverance rise up from heaven,
And let health and goodwill radiate throughout the world
As a river of blessings.
I hope everyone is making the most of their free time. When quarantine ends, I hope everyone has developed their skills and hobbies and took the self-care time they needed to bounce back fully into life. Everyone's been hyperfocused around physical health lately but I think mental health is just as important during this time. Always remember you're never alone.
I'd like to hold in our prayer all of the vulnerable communities who have and will be impacted by COVID19. Farmworkers, immigrants, refugees, domestic violence victims, undocumented families, single parents, foster youth, black and brown children, and homeless individuals. May we use this crisis to be kind and human to one another instead of selfish and inhumane.
Dearest Lord, Please help my brother, Matthew, a nurse who contracted COVID19 and right now cannot breathe and is coughing blood. I pray for healing and strength also to equip the doctors and medical professionals to help him get the necessary medications and ways to help him get better from this virus. I pray please Lord Jesus please have mercy and take care of my brother and the will to fight for his life and for the sake of his family. I pray please Lord heal us and be our refuge because we hold on to you in this time of crisis. These I pray for in the name of Jesus Our Lord and Savior. Amen.
My prayer, other than the health and safety of our world, is for 2 friends who are very sick with unrelated illnesses to COVID-19. One with cancer and one with diabetes. May the God of healing be with them. And everyone. Amen.
For all medical staff around the world, and their families.
For all the countries without the capacity to attend the COVID-19 contingency.
For all the seniors with more vulnerable health conditions.
For our politicians, God, please provide them the wisdom to get the decision to protect lives.
For the farmers, essential workers and their efforts during the contingency.
For my parents, in Colombia, for my family. Especially for my father during his cancer treatment, God you are first in our lives, please stay with us with all your misericordia.

On Cesar Chavez Day (March 31), I give thanks for his legacy for justice, and for the farm, grocery and food workers who continue to labor today so that we may have food on our tables. For their well-being, just wages, and full equality & opportunity in every way.
For the mystical body of Christ, suffering under the weight of the COVID-19 virus and all our other afflictions, that we stay united to Christ, tormented on the cross, until we see Him face-to-face in the eternal paradise.
For those unsung heroes producing our food and supplies along with those selling and delivering them, allowing us to maintain the best physical distancing we can.
Wishing that those that continue to put their lives in danger, so that others can survive, are kept safe. My endless gratitude for health care providers, from doctors and nurses, all the way to suppliers, organizers and cleaning people. Every hope that you stay healthy and that you keep doing your job to keep as many of us alive as possible.
Wishing well for those that supply us with groceries and all the other critical needs so that we can live our day to day lives.
And...wishing well for all those that can't work right now, who are living in fear of where their next paycheck will come from, or how they will survive.
May we find our way out of this darkness to a better day and a better world.
