Campus Reopening: Health & Safety
The UUP Executive Committee is conducting this survey of the SUNY New Paltz UUP membership.

We know many of you are busy dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, and we would be very appreciative if you would take the time to fill out this brief 5-8 minute confidential survey. Your responses will be instrumental in informing union leadership about your particular issues and concerns about campus reopening in the fall.

We are collecting your feedback to make sure our chapter leadership accurately represents the needs and concerns of our members. While we have been advocating for measures dictated by the most up-to-date public health guidelines, we are also eager to hear directly from members about the health and safety issues you are facing.

Individual survey results will be kept confidential and no personal information will be shared outside the UUP chapter leadership. Data will only be reported in the aggregate with no personal identifying information.

Survey summary results will only be shared with our membership and with campus leadership.
