About Our Survey

In continuing to better understand the Grand Rapids LGBTQ+ community's needs, the GR LGBTQ+ Healthcare Consortium is conducting its third annual LGBTQ+ Health Survey. Past surveys allowed us to communicate LGBTQ+ issues to healthcare organizations, focus our planning on the needs of the community, and set action plans for identified barriers. Our goal is to understand disparities in healthcare, areas of improvement, and trends of the community for LGBTQ+ patients. This will offer opportunities to address obstacles, advocate for greater affirming care, and better allocation of resources.

For LGBTQ+ patients receiving care anywhere in Grand Rapids Metro or Kent County
