On March 6, 2024, alumni and friends from all over the world will come together to support the University of Kansas during KU’s 24-hour giving day. Below are resources to help make your ambassador experience as smooth as possible. Please be sure to use your personalized ambassador link when spreading the word!

As a thank you for the impact you are making on One Day. One KU., the top ambassadors who bring in the most gifts will receive the following prizes:

Top Student Ambassadors

1^st: VIP tour of Allen Fieldhouse OR Anderson Locker Room, plus a KU Athletics gear pack.

2^nd – 5^th: A KU Athletics gear item.

Top Non-Student Ambassadors

1^st: $500 to the area of your choice, plus an awesome KU swag pack.

2^nd: $300 to the area of your choice.

3^rd: $200 to the area of your choice.

“Like,” “favorite,” “share” or “retweet” other One Day. One KU. messages so they are seen by more people.
Follow the University of Kansas on Facebook (@KU), Instagram (@universityofkansas) and Twitter (@UnivOfKansas).

Consider the following as you think about what to include in your posts:

Create messages about why you participate in One Day. One KU. and choose to support the areas on campus most meaningful to you.
Create messages about ONE favorite memory, mentor or professor from your time at KU.
Consider participating in challenges that could raise more funds for your favorite program on campus.

Create messages that highlight the impact donors have during One Day. One KU. In 2023, donors made 4,700 gifts totaling nearly $3.2 million.
