About this event

Join students, faculty, community leaders and others for this forum on ways to use your God-given influence to serve and bless Oklahoma's and America's most vulnerable, including low-income families and workers, immigrants, and refugees. Learn or refresh your understanding of biblical approaches to advocacy, and discover helpful resources and tools. Moderated by Dr. Tom Murray, president of Southwestern Christian University, you will also hear biblical foundations of advocating for the vulnerable and policy updates by Steven Eng, advocacy director, National Association of Evangelicals, and hear from panelists who serve or represent marginalized voices in the OKC area. This event will be held in Minchew Auditorium at Southwestern Christian University, with time for networking, questions, and prayer. Sponsored by Southwestern Christian University and the National Association of Evangelicals. Doors open at 6 pm; the event runs from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
