Join us as we explore some body-centered approaches to stress management. According to 10 years of studies done at Harvard Medical, stimulating specific pressure points down-regulates the amygdala (the stress center in our limbic brain,) leading to an overall feeling of reduced stress and more calm.

If left to build up overtime, stress can have a negative impact on performance, relationship and health. Learn some simple, practical and effective mindfulness skills to chip off stress in the moment, to feel more balanced and Tap into calm.

The workshops are being offered in collaboration with USG Well-Being and are offered monthly from12-12:30pm, each 3rd Fridays of the month.
