Today we have the honor of premiering a new song Control Me by Tancred, a band fronted by Jess Abbott — who fans of Now, Now will know as the band’s guitarist.
Control Me is a phenomenal song, driving and personal and impossible to keep out of your head. “This is how we learn,” she sings. “The hard way.”
We’ve only recently started premiering songs on this site, but man, it’s hard to imagine we’re going to premiere a song better than this. If you’re a fan of The Breeders (and how could you not be?) this is a song you will love.
The band’s album Out of the Garden is out April 1 via Polyvinyl Records.
