2:50 The winery got started when Ron Rubin picked up a dream 40 years later, so there is hope for all you late bloomers out there! The beautiful winery was designed in harmony with nature in accordance to Feng Shui principles.

4:55 Ed started in the cellar and was promoted to winemaker last year. He is a 4th generation craftsman and was originally a cooper making barrels before becoming a winemaker.
