Alumni Awards Celebration 2022 (23 Photos)

On Friday, October 21, 2022, friends, family, and fellow alumni came to celebrate the four recipients at the Alumni Awards Celebration. Marisa Kwiatkowski is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award, Adrienne Wallace is the recipient of the Outstanding Educator Award, Ricardo Benavidez is the recipient of the Young Alumni Award, and Janean and Michael Couch are the recipients of the Alumni Service Award.

Class of 1972 Golden Reunion (20 Photos)

Alumni of the class of 1972 commemorated their 50th reunion, with fellow graduates from the classes of 1967-77 who were also present to help celebrate the milestone. Classmates reconnected and shared memories during brunch and a reunion toast at the Alumni House and via digital live stream. The group enjoyed a special message from President Emeritus Don Lubbers, a then and now slideshow, perusing memorabilia from the University Archives, and took a campus tour to experience how much their alma mater has grown over the past 50 years, before attending the Alumni Tailgate and football game.

Alumni Homecoming Tailgate 2022 (51 Photos)

Over 500 alumni gathered to cheer on the Lakers in 70-degree weather and sunshine. Tailgaters enjoyed outdoor games, a Beverage Garden featuring alumni-owned products, Laker-themed family activities, a live DJ set, 360° photo booth, and visits from President Mantella and Louie the Laker. Thank you to all who volunteered and attended.
