In alignment with Priority 4 of the district's strategic plan, Dreams4RPS, RPS has developed a mentorship program, Mentor RPS, focused on pairing students with mentors to provide strong role models as well as encourage a love of reading. As we prepare to expand our mentorship programming under Mentor RPS, we will begin by focusing on three key initiatives: Brothers United, focused on serving young men of color, EmpowHER, focused on serving young women of color, and the new initiative, and Reading Buddies, focused on all Kindergarten - 2nd grade students.
