Parking, Class Fee, and Sports Spring Refunds
REFUND TIMING UPDATE: Refunds anticipated to be complete by the end of August

With the numerous class fees,  parking, and sport refunds being processed this school year for families across the entire district, bookkeeping and district staff are making every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible. We were anticipating refunds to be issued by June 1. At this time, we anticipate the District will complete refunds by the end of August.

*There have been no changes with respect to what our families need to do and no action is necessary to receive a refund.
*Due to auditing requirements, funds cannot be carried forward to next school year.
*Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded directly to the card account.
*Payments made by check or cash will be refunded by check mailed from the Northshore School District.

Locker Items
Since the conclusion of Return & Pick-Up Days (June 11, 16, & 18) and the two alternate Return & Pick-Up Days (June 23 & 24), all locker items have been placed in storage and will be available for students to look through them once we start back to school in the fall and are allowed back in the building. We do not have the ability to access them any longer, so students must wait until then.
Summer and/or AP Summer Assignments
For the upcoming 2020-21 school year, Woodinville High School, other than for AP Calculus, will not be posting Summer and/or AP Summer Assignments. In the case of AP Calculus ( https://woodinville.nsd.org/t/~board/ernie-merritt?post_category_id=131# ), for those wishing to continue their learning, an assignment is provided but may also be accomplished the first 2-3 weeks of school.
Yearbook Distribution
As announced in E-News from the Principal and on the Yearbook website, the production of Woodinville High School’s 2019-20 Wingspan Yearbook, “Reflections”, was complete and submitted to the production company, Balfour, on April 15th.  Balfour is the company who prints and binds our books. However, due to COVID-19 and state closures, Balfour’s Production Plant in Dallas, Texas was closed. They reopened on May 19th and have been publishing books as safely and fast as they can. We have been assured our book “Reflections” is currently in production. As of July 31, we are anticipating information from the District as to the procedures and timing for yearbook distribution.

Please continue to monitor all forms of communication: WHS E-News from the Principal ( https://woodinville.nsd.org/n/~board/whs-news/post/e-news-from-the-principal ), WHS website, and yearbook website ( https://woodinville.nsd.org/activities/yearbook ) for distribution news. If you have any questions feel free to contact Yearbook Adviser Sharon Alder at salder@nsd.org.

Regarding Incomplete grades, teachers, counselors, and administration will follow up in September to help the student recover the grade.
