Situational Awareness Seminar

Be aware of your surroundings and learn to protect yourself!   

The UTHSC Fitness Center will be hosting a Situational Awareness Seminar on Tuesday, January 23 at 5pm Yoga Studio (3rd floor). Sharaze Colley, self-defense instructor, will teach this class offering a comprehensive introduction to the essential skills and strategies necessary for personal safety.

Enrollment is free but limited. Registration begins Jan. 16th on a first come first serve basis.

Please register on-site at the UTHSC Fitness Center desk at 800 Madison Ave, from 7am – 7pm, Monday through Friday.
