“He Shall Reign Forevermore”

How do we worship the Savior born in Bethlehem? To start, we remember that He is more than a man who was born two thousand years ago. He is eternal. Christ was in the beginning with God, (John 1:2) and His steadfast love endures forever—His faithfulness to all generations. (Psalm 100:5) Even now, He reigns as our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6-7)

The Lord we worship sits at the right hand of God in Glory where He rules as “the King of kings and Lord of Lords, and He shall reign forevermore.” Worship the eternal King Jesus who tells his people, “Behold, I am with you always, forever to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20) Come, adore Christ for the way He governs His people with grace.
