Yesterday, I announced a SUPER exciting opportunity for members of our Song Chasers community.  I shared that we'll be hosting a demo production workshop where X O'Connorand I will be making demos for TWO SONGS submitted by members of our Song Chasers Community.  Now, some of you aren't currently a part of our Song Chasers Community... BUT I want you to be able to jump in while we are accepting song submissions for the workshop (this coming Monday and Tuesday) & to be able to watch X O'Connor and Seth Mosley build out the professional demos LIVE. Here's the deal... We will open up the free trial this coming Monday, September 26 at 8am central time and it will close down Tuesday, September 27 at 11:59pm central time. During the free trial this is what you will get: 👉 A special welcome session with Seth Mosley, Riley Taylor our community manager, and Maggie who leads all of our onboarding sessions for new community members! 👉 Because you will officially be a Song Chasers member, you can submit your song for the Demo Production Workshop,and whether or not your song gets chosen you will receive feedback from someone on our team! 👉 You can also watch X and I build out the demos LIVE during demo build sessions! 👉 A few other community events that will be happening are a speed co-write session where you can co-write a new song with other members of the community, and two coffee chat sessions, which is basically a virtual hang out where Riley and I, or Riley and X, answer community members' questions. 👉 AND, you will have access to the FULL library of Song Chasers trainings and content. BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!🎉🎉🎉 Do you guys remember right around the time that we launched our Song Chasers app that we sent out a survey for you to help us plan our launch event?? You guys voted and we hosted a pitch to publisher opportunity back in July with Seth's publisher, Kenley Flynn from Sony Music Nashville, and Stacey Willbur, who is head of publishing at TIM Publishing. This event was a blast!! We had over 200 song submissions and the top 30 songs were played live for Stacey and Kenley so they could give their feedback. However, there were other opportunities that didn't get chosen. And we really wanted to make the option that came in second place happen. You may be wondering what that was 🤔 So we are going to be hosting..... THE DEMO PRODUCTION WORKSHOP!!! AKA — Song Chasers members will submit completed songs (they can be simple piano/vocal or guitar/vocal sessions). Then X O'Connor and Seth Mosley will choose TWO songs to finish out into full production demos! This event is happening really soon :) We will be accepting submissions this coming Monday, September 26 at 8am central time through Tuesday, September 27 at 11:59pm central time. Song Chasers community members will be able to watch the creation of the demos so that they can apply the skills to their own songwriting and demo productions! This event is exclusively available to Song Chasers community members, but if you aren't in the community there will be a way to join in on the workshop! I will be revealing how to get in, TOMORROW!! This is going to be so awesome, you don't want to miss this!!
