The report also includes a 10-year commercial sales history by class and country. Data is sourced from the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service Weekly Export Sales Report.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) weekly Export Sales Report, total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2023/24 marketing year totaled 18.7 MMT, sitting 4% ahead of last year’s pace. Total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2024/25 marketing year totaled 1.0 MMT, sitting 44% ahead of last year’s pace.
Net sales of 339,598 MT were reported for 2023/24, primarily for Taiwan (23,250 HRW, 1,000 SRW, 61,750 HRS, 13,175 white), South Korea (1,885 HRS, 68,930 white), Japan (33,421 HRW, 3000 HRS, 33,802 white), the Dominican Republic ( 21,258 HRW, 7,558 SRW, 19,066 HRS). Net sales of 212,800 MT for 2024/2025 were primarily for South Korea (130,000 MT), Mexico (34,700 MT), the Philippines (29,000 MT), Honduras (16,000 MT), and Peru (2,500 MT)
USDA forecasts 2023/24 U.S. wheat exports (including donations) to total 19.3 MMT. Commitments to date (of wheat and wheat products) are 97% of total projected exports.
